Regulatory Compliance -- We can assist you in analyzing the impact new regulatory requirements may have on your operations. We keep abreast of regulatory developments. Are you changing your operations? Adding new vessels or facilities? We can also assist you in the analyzing the application of existing regulations.

Contingency Planning -- Are you expanding and require new plans to be developed? Need help in keeping the existing plans up to date? Let us review your plan and show you ways to streamline the plan and make it a more useable document for you and your organization. We can use our PISCES II software and other tools to assist you in preplanning response strategies for an incident. This allows your personnel and OSRO personnel to know what to do during the initial phase of an incident and reduces the confusion that is often associated with the start of an incident.

Incident Management Support -- Our personnel and associates have all participated in large scale responses and have hands on knowledge with actual response and with the different sections of the Incident Command System from Incident Commander down to unit levels. We can assist you by analyzing your response organization and making recommendations (if necessary) on how to strengthen your overall structure. PPS can also help fill in part of that structure in the event you have an incident.

Post Incident Audits -- In the unfortunate event that you have an incident, we can assist in conducting a thorough post incident analysis. We can help you identify what went well and what did not go so well. We will assist in documenting the response, identifying your “Lessons Learned”, look at the response from your team and seek exercise credit if appropriate. We can assist you in developing a comprehensive final report on your response and updating your plan if necessary.
